ADBRO uses automated fetchers to validate configurations (like Publisher Codes and ads.txt), perform quality control and analyse pages content. "Fetcher" is a generic term for any program that is used to automatically get content of a given page. ADBRO doesn't perform "crawling", or automated scan by following links from one page to another. Controlling User Agents with robots.txt
We don't recommend Publishers to block any of ADBRO User Agents as it may significantly affect revenue due to limited demand for non-validated traffic sources. By default, all ADBRO fetchers ignore the global user agent (*) record, but can be manually targeted by using ADBRO token.
